This retail power center was completed for McWhinney Enterprises in 2004, in Loveland, CO. The site plan incorporates a multi-tenant shop village with a collection of shed roofs angled as an homage to the Rocky Mountains which rise to the west of Centerra Marketplace.
Noodles & Company

Developed for Noodles & Company's national rollout, this Draper, UT space (one of multiple units) was opened in 2005. Working with a national design prototype, each space was then site adapted for the particular conditions of the shell building, customer profiles (based on demographics), and the local jurisdiction.
