Opened in 2006 at Country Club Village, Westminster, CO for Tim Wiens and Mike Byrne, this 20,000 sf, two-level office building served as First Tier Bank's Colorado corporate office, and as offices for the Westminster Chamber of Commerce. Stone and brick tile, steel eyebrow accents, and a lighted stairway core highlight the building's design.

This mixed-used center, completed in 2003 for Miller Weingarten Realty, comprises retail, office, and restaurants on the former Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, CO. The buildings were designed with a full cementitious stucco and steel moment frames for maximum leasing flexibility.
